How to maintain fiberglass?

Surface cleaning. Use a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge for this process. Doing this once a week is advisable to prevent dirt or algae from accumulating.
Deep cleaning. Drain the water from the hot tub completely every 3-4 months (or as needed). Use a non-abrasive, fiberglass-friendly cleaner to clean the surface. Avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the gel coating.
Rinse the surface thoroughly before filling the hot tub.
Do not use steel wool, rough sponges, or harsh chemicals that can scratch or discolor the fiberglass.
